Women's Suffrage - From roots to ratification. North Hampton Town Hall

Wendy Bergeron Kloc will present on the Woman's Suffrage movement from its roots to the ratification of the Nineteenth Amendment, and will discuss the legal and societal roles of women which preceded the movement.

Wendy teaches history at Winnacunnet High School in Hampton, NH and holds a Masters Degree in Museum Studies from Harvard University and in American History and Government from Ashland University.

She was the 2017 New Hampshire James Madison Fellow and is the former curator at the American Independence Museum. She lives with her husband, two children, and cats Abigail Adams and Cyan in Exeter.
